Payment Security Policy
The payment system on Hire IP's website/app is provided by payment gateway partners that are legally licensed to operate in Vietnam ("Payment Gateway Partners"). Accordingly, Hire IP's payment security standards ensure compliance with the security standards of Payment Gateway Partners.
When customers make payments using payment services on Hire IP's website/app (cashless payments); Hire IP collects the following information:
- Customer order code.
- Order value (amount the customer pays).
- Time when customer makes payment.
- Reference code to the transaction of the Payment Gateway Partner.
Hire IP does not collect or store detailed bank account information, account statements, card information, important card data used for payment including but not limited to detailed card numbers, CVV numbers or other legally equivalent verification codes. Your payment information will be stored and secured on the Payment Gateway Partner(s).
