VNPAY Payment Gateway

The VNPAY Payment Gateway is a comprehensive digital payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can make secure transactions using bank cards/accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into Mobile Banking applications of partner banks, or via linked e-wallets. Discount codes can also be applied during checkout when available.

Supported Payment Methods

Scan VNPAY-QR via 35+ Mobile Banking apps and 15+ e-wallets

Payments with 40+ domestic ATM cards / bank accounts

Payments with 4 international card networks (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)

Payment Methods via VNPAY

1. Payment via "VNPAY-QR Supported Apps"

Step 1: Select your product/service and choose Pay Now or Place Order. On the checkout page, review your order details, fill in recipient information, select VNPAY Payment, and clickPlace Order Now.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the VNPAY payment gateway. Choose the method VNPAY-QR Supported Apps.

Step 3: A QR code and the payable amount will be displayed. Verify the amount and open your Mobile Banking app (from the supported list), select Scan QR, and scan the code displayed on the checkout screen.

Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes. To ensure successful payment, please review the scanning steps on your banking app beforehand to avoid errors or expiration that may affect payment or discount codes.

Step 4: Confirm the details, enter your discount code (if applicable), and complete the payment. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

2. Payment via "Domestic Cards & Bank Accounts"

Step 1: Select your product/service and choose Pay Now or Place Order. On the checkout page, review order details, provide recipient information, select VNPAY Payment, and click Place Order Now.

Step 2: On the VNPAY payment gateway, select Domestic Cards & Bank Accounts and choose your issuing bank.

Step 3: Enter the required card/account details and click Continue. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete the transaction.

Note: The transaction must be completed within 15 minutes.

Step 4: Once successful, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

3. Payment via "International Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)"

This method follows the same steps as Domestic Cards & Bank Accounts.

4. Payment via "VNPAY E-Wallet"

This method follows the same steps as VNPAY-QR Supported Apps.
